Q: What is the store policy on returns?

A: Merchandise may be returned within 10 days in mint condition in original packaging for full credit.

 

Q: What printing services are available?

A: Three types of printing are available. Invitations may be purchased for the customer to print on his own computer or Tickled Pink can print invitations in-house or album invitations will be sent out for printing.

 

Q: What is the time frame for a printing order?

A: Once proof is approved in-house, printing orders will be ready within three business days. Once the proof is approved, a custom order that is sent out to be printed has an expected return time of two weeks, depending on vendor.

 

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: Cash, Checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express

 

Q: What is the payment plan for custom orders?

A: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time the order is placed and the balance on the order is due at time of pickup. If there is a printing error on the part of the printer, it will be reprinted at no additional charge to customer. If a printing error occurs due to customer's lack of accurate proofing, the order will be reprinted at the customer's expense. If an order is cancelled, an extra 15% cancellation fee will be charged to the account.
